Saturday, July 26th 2008, the non-profit organization, the Stanislaus County Animal Services Auxiliary held a Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the airport neighborhood. The operations were offered at $5, and rabies shots at $2 for those that could provide proof of public assistance or poverty.

Pet & Senior Alert

The temperature is over 100 degrees out there.. Please make sure your pets have plenty of water and a shady place to chill. Please folks.. Let keep an eye out for our four legged friends. Seniors too. If you know any, please make sure they are drinking plenty of water & our hydrated as well as being kept cool.

Greetings my friends, Heads up! & yes we have allot to be thankful for, but our bodies shouldn’t have to pay for it. Please folks; Eat & Drink Responsibly. The Average American will put away over 4000 calories in one seating today. A Heart Attack Danger! The Heart is are most ever so precious muscle. Lets be kind to it.

My friends, this Thanksgiving Holiday will be very much filled with a Thankful heart for me & my family. Our Mother has been very ill lately & my sister & I Pops too had been praying that moms illness wasn’t something terminal. She has had problems with her digestive system & after countless visits to the Doctors, they decided to do an MRI. All of us in the family had been holding our breath waiting for the results. Thanks be to God, they came back normal. Praise God! Well almost normal, but it is something that they can treat. This Thanksgiving, I will give thanks to the lord for my Mama, Popa & family.. Doggies too. For he is all so ever good to us & answered our prayers with our mother’s MRI. I don’t know what lies ahead folks & I try not to worry about it. Untimely It’s best if I just give it to God & trust him & thank him for all of his blessings. Big hugs going out to my sister Debra, She’s A wonderful sister & a wonderful Daughter to our mother. Despite how busy she is, she accompanies my father to all of my mothers Doctor appointments & visits Mom as often as she can. Thanks you for that sister, you be the oldest & the head of the 3. I love you!

Have you noticed a chubby little man cruising around town with what appears to be some sort of rare bat from a far away rain forest? If so, you have seen Snow White and I out and about running errands.

Let us not forget our 4 legged friends! I would like to remind all of you to PLEASE bring in your pets during the Artic Blast that is Coming. Our Animals are so precious to us.
They Are There..
They are there when were down, They are there when were sick, they are there even if we neglect them. They are there unconditionally! Let us be there for them when it’s cold outside.
