Maybe you think the MAMA awards are old news, but I have to put my two cents in. I attended the awards ceremony with my beautiful daughter and a good friend and we really enjoyed the show. Their were a couple things in particular that I'd like to mention.

An Open Mic at Queen Bean WOW

I just got home from Queen Bean Coffee House. It was Open Mic tonight with Nick from Not an Airplane. Nick is doing such a wonderful job with that. Me, I caught just the last few sets there & OMG There is so much great talent here in Modesto! From what I heard friends, Tonight was one of the most packed open Mics this year. Perhaps its because its from such great weather we are having, or maybe its because Nick is the master when it comes to open Mic at Queen Bean. Or, perhaps its because I look great in a Banana Suit! Smiles. Anywho, I just wanted to send a warm thank you to Nick & all of you for making Queen Bean your Coffee House of choice for open mic. On behalf of a grateful family, Thank you & we are at your service..
