Saturday, July 26th 2008, the non-profit organization, the Stanislaus County Animal Services Auxiliary held a Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the airport neighborhood. Because of what I do for a living you would think I would automaticaly support prop 2. The Farm animals Initiatve..........but as of this moment I am not convinced it is in the best interest of Californians. I, however, could be persuaded if I had more information. Please help support the Stanislaus County Humane Society with Angels' Share Wine Shop. Friday, April 11th, Angels' Share is hosting a beer tasting--Flying Dog Brewery--and raffle fundraiser to help unwanted, abused, and neglected pets. For a $15 tasting fee, you will sample 7 different Flying Dog beers. Angels' Share will donate 33% of your tasting fee to the Humane Society. Angels' Share will also donate 33% of any Flying Dog "bottled" beer sold during the event. Dog and cat themed wine will also be available by the glass, with a portion of sales donated to the Humane Society. $1 raffle tickets will be sold for some great prizes!
