It seems like last year's art and wine festival was just yesterday. I am continually amazed at how fast time just seems to rush by anymore! If you have yet to make plans for this weekend, the art and wine festival downtown Modesto is a great event for the whole family.

Because of what I do for a living you would think I would automaticaly support prop 2. The Farm animals Initiatve..........but as of this moment I am not convinced it is in the best interest of Californians. I, however, could be persuaded if I had more information. As of this post all requests for more information from the supporters of Prop 2 have not been replied to...

Sunday night looks like a great night to hunker down with the family and enjoy one of my all time favorite movies by Jim Carrey. “When Nature Calls" It comes on the flix segment on Cartoon Network. Check you local listing for times and channels. OMG just watching the previews gets me more then giggle.. What an idea! Family, giggles, quality time & relaxing at home on a Sunday night. Hey! Here’s a cool idea; grab some old fashion jiffy pop popcorn. I just love to see the silver of fun rise the stove. Anywho, make it a date with the family and kids, you’ll be glad you did.

John Black, or JB of JB Presents wrote in this letter to the editor, regarding the United Community Walk, coming up June 14, with the Modesto Blues Festival. A lot of groups invited, this is community walk, nonprofits, service groups, you got a cause, or want to celebrate recovery, or help in our fundraising effort for NAMI Stanislaus, or want to raise awareness, or just the fun of walking or riding a bike on the new Virginia Corridor Trail, prior to enjoying some great Blues music in Graceada Park, come out and join us. I had a pretty good run, in fact the only thing that was faster then me was a 13 year old boy named Eathen who took 1st and my runny nose that fallowed close behind. LOL Ya still suffering from the effects of a cold. No worries; Surprisingly I beat my best time by 3 seconds and took 2nd over all with a time of 20.26 Great Job Eathen 19.58 is smoken fast my young brother..
Still Friends, The True Winners of this event where the KIDS suffering from Apert syndrome. Jesus loves us all...

Hugs going out to Phil & his Navy Seals Team for turning me onto Henrys Run. It was a pleasure to run with all of you. Collectively this 5K Run raised over 23 thousand dollars. Also, special thanks to my friend Alan from Good Day Sacramento for covering the event as well as a BIG congratulations to him on winning the 100 Meter Mascot Dash. Cheater.
