Went to the Chocolate Festival after my run on Saturday morning. OMG The Heat was Awesome! I love the heat. Still, It did get the best of me. All I could squeeze out for a 5K this morning was a 21minute flat time. Ya, you might say I was as slow as molasses. Smiles Still, I gave it my best shot in the heat. My best time for a 5K is 20.03 and my ultimate goal is to do it in under 20 minutes. I will do it God willing. Still, I’m not feeling to bad here. My wife’s a great sport.
