Like to watch people paint? Art Walk on Thursday will include artist David Bienkowski at State Theatre, with his paintings and his easel and paints to do an oil painting in the art display. David is also teaching a workshop July 12 at the Chartruese Muse.

If you see this one on stage, it is also available for purchase, though has been noticed by friend from the front porch.  We have an art venue, so check it out, and we may have Neal who Paints on Stage, and for sure local artist Penny Meyer be out doing oil painting demo, doing a painting from photos of Robben Ford who played earlier this year in Modesto

I live downtown, and sometimes people catch me painting out on the front porch, like my mail man. This week, happened to have canvas and that box of acrylics I don't use too often, and .... well, they're new.
