Modesto Certified Farmer's Market has ART for SALE along with the usual fruits, vegetables, coffee, pastries and fun the Farmer's Market is known for, as they added the frist ever ART venue, along the library parking lot area, Show your Genius, where entry fees benefitted the library and mjc art dept. I am in booth 8 with Keena Wells, with directions to the United Community Walk and Modesto Blues Festival and our art, Kelly Viss, Commonality also have spots, along with quite a number of other local artists, on display, with business cards, arts, crafts, and similar items for purchase. We'll also have copies of the new art walk maps for Third Thursday with us, to follow up and support local artists, galleries and art walk spots. John Black, or JB of JB Presents wrote in this letter to the editor, regarding the United Community Walk, coming up June 14, with the Modesto Blues Festival. A lot of groups invited, this is community walk, nonprofits, service groups, you got a cause, or want to celebrate recovery, or help in our fundraising effort for NAMI Stanislaus, or want to raise awareness, or just the fun of walking or riding a bike on the new Virginia Corridor Trail, prior to enjoying some great Blues music in Graceada Park, come out and join us. A blue Monday walk. Some good news in emails for State Theatre art walk call for artists, such that I feel shows will be worth attending for the art.

Also, Commonality Show apparently will be on a Sunday at Centre Plaza, though Christine has yet to confirm all that, I've sent off the jpgs and glad to see that show progress to reality, and should be fun.
