Third Thursday Downtown Art Walk

MISTLIN GALLERY WILL HAVE RECEPTION FOR THE MEMBERS SHOW UP THERE THIS MONTH.

While Mistlin Gallery is taking the month off, others on the art walk map open for Third Thursday as usual. This will be Simplicita's last night, Clayton's has Eric Benson and art, Act of Kindness out walking the art walk for a change, and map to be posted soon.

Thanks for coming out to Art Walk last night. Need to let Hippy Dave know that Commonality is doing a reschedule on her show, facility thing, will be coming up, but we had problems with printer, usual try and stock the maps last week, people take them........ and so as host of Art Walk at the State, John out from behind the box office handing out, State Theatre recent vintage, straight from Carl at Anderson Gallery, ORANGE as some of you think its dark after 5 pm, the most valuable item people hoarde, collect, store, THE MAPS......

Simplicita coffee has event notice for their showing this evening, and other galleries on the map below are included with adresses. Come on out and see art, FREE..... some with goodies, some with music, all with ART

Two weeks from today, Third Thursday arrives, and another opportunity for evening hours visits to galleries, art displays, maybe another after art walk party.

We got a good review in Modesto View, page twelve, paragraph of fame, for State Theatre entry, and glad to have it. Trio of us were first to be there, two of us from Modesto Blues Festival, hadn't shown in awhile, and recruited Edd, who made debut at a Commonality Art show at Queen Bean. This month we'll be nine artists, possibly a couple more of us at the State, but Chartreuse Muse may be in new spot on Tenth Street where Picasso's has anchored Art Walk on that end, and Wanderlust has entered the mix.
