I really need to get out more. I just found out that Wanderlust Coffee has officially closed it's doors. This is interesting to me. Right now I am at Clix Cafe wearing an apron and I just cleaned off a table. A few minutes ago I was making a sandwich and I will soon learn how to whip together Italian sodas.

Come downtown Modesto on third Thursday Art walk Nov.15th! Suddenly there are many participants, lots of art, music, coffee etc. staying open later to accommodate more people. Bring the family!
Many venues for art include the Chartreuse Muse at 918 10th street (New Location), The Mistlin Gallery 1015 J street, Wanderlust Coffee at 1508 10th street (at Needham), State Theater, Anderson's Gallery and Framing and The Photographers Gallery all on J street. Downtown Third Thursday Art Walk, expanding art scene

Two weeks from today, Third Thursday arrives, and another opportunity for evening hours visits to galleries, art displays, maybe another after art walk party.

We got a good review in Modesto View, page twelve, paragraph of fame, for State Theatre entry, and glad to have it. Trio of us were first to be there, two of us from Modesto Blues Festival, hadn't shown in awhile, and recruited Edd, who made debut at a Commonality Art show at Queen Bean. This month we'll be nine artists, possibly a couple more of us at the State, but Chartreuse Muse may be in new spot on Tenth Street where Picasso's has anchored Art Walk on that end, and Wanderlust has entered the mix.

Hey everyone! I'm here to tell you that Wanderlust Coffee Company has re-opened with NEW hours! They are now open from 7am-3pm everyday of the week. Rumor has it that they will also have music there soon with extended weekend hours also! Go by sometime and check out their AMAZING World-Class Espresso and the AMAZING Crepes!

Dessert sampling, art show and great music on Friday night!

This should be one sweet event! Ok...I admit it, that was a pretty lame attempt at a play on words! Anyway, Wanderlust Coffee is the place to be on Friday night for some great desserts and an art display.
