Get art walk maps today at the Modesto Blues Festival, and look for the drink specials, food specials, sales tax special and all the venues for this Thursday's Downtown Modesto Third Thursday Art Walk, where, like at Farmer's Market this morning, where Keena Wells and I will have maps, these flyers, and art for sale, you can get this stuff from us, and we do sell art on the art walk, most all the artists want to.

Delta Paul Tunkel will be playing at Deva May 15 for art walk.

Paul is friend, son of a friend of mine, his brother used to rent my house, play harp with me and listen to my piano, but his brother is one hot dobro player. Often when in town, at T's at 710 N.Ninth Thursday blues jam. He's opened for Canned Heat among other gigs. And he's at Deva for art walk, as is Mike Frankel, who's career including covering rock concerts and gigs during the 60s and 70s, worth seeing.

Special notes on music and art coming Thursday this week, to our 800 Scenic Event next week.

I've had to spend the day with JB and Tim White as we went up on business, including art at the California Institute of Mental Health, Integrated services conferences, and art show, where mention of Modesto Blues Festival, the Downtown Third Thursday Art Walk, etc, some of the projects many of our friends with Recovery and mental wellness, been out and about, benefitting from the experience in our community.
