Getting away from work doing Art, and profile for Modesto Blues Festival, http://www.myspace.com/modesto_blues_fest a friend and I went camping for the night, get out of Modesto with a non freeway drive out of town, over into San Joaquin County, and got a short report on 2 camping spots.

Event started Friday and is primarily educational, with gentle use classes for packers and equestrian riders, and wilderness issues. Dutch Oven contest and western art show among features with the vendors at the event, and the BLM adoption of horses and burros continues until event finishes Sunday, March 26 at 3 pm.
