"why?" you ask... because you're not too old to have fun, because these are the best bands you will see under one roof, but most importantly because you need to be good to you for a change. This show is so awesome,... we almost invited the Aaron Durr Band to lower the awesomeness level for fear that too much awesome in one night could implode the earth. We understand that by inviting you we risk the same fate; but for you to be there... we are willing to take a chance.

Hey, everybody. Here's the scoop. MOJO wrote a quote about my band Sapo Sueno. It was pretty good so we posted it into our myspace page. Well, It seems as though I offended him in the blog regarding Jay Smith. He wrote, in my opinion, some very inflammatory remarks based loosely on his imagination. The title of the blog was "Jay Smith getting sued?". I felt that what was being said was ridiculous and false so I spoke up in a very venomous way. However, even though I used harsh words, it was meant to drive home a point. Anywho, now MOJO wants me to remove the quote. Below are the two messages he sent me. I did not reply.
This should be one sweet event! Ok...I admit it, that was a pretty lame attempt at a play on words! Anyway, Wanderlust Coffee is the place to be on Friday night for some great desserts and an art display.
It's another hot day here in Motown and if the weather report is correct, it should be about 98 degrees out there today. The rest of the week should not be as hot, but we should all stay cool no matter what and drink a ton of fluids. If you are really bored and feel like driving, you can catch Gwen Stefani tonight in Marysville. Tickets are still available.
The poster says "21+" but Concetta has graciously pledged to keep to the kitchen open for this one so everyone can come out! There will be drinks served with ID.

If you are looking for something fun to do tomorrow, load up the family and head towards Brenden Theatre. Starting at 10 a.m. and continuing on to 2 p.m. our local Stanislaus County Center for Human Services will be kicking off it's "Opening Doors" campaign right in the middle of 10th Street Plaza.
