Attention Metal Fans it’s our World Premier Metal show at Queen Bean Coffee House! LOL.. OK, We are going to give it go with giving Modesto a Metal Venue tonight. It’s all about our customers ladies & gentlemen. We realize that we all come in different shapes, sizes, and entertainment/music preferences. So lets see how it plays out.. It’s all about keeping my promise to bringing more of a verity to our locals and you.

I have been playing in bands since 1993. I started out just singing for metal bands, and not very well either. My first band was Benevolence, which we then changed to Man Of Straw. After that i played in several bands with my fiends Chris A. (drums, vocals) and Rich S. (bass). We formed the bands Shank (me on guitar), Cutthroat (drums), Paralysis(drums), Headcase(guitar & vocals), and are now playing in a band called 'Sons of Dolomite'(guitar) with a few other friends. I moved to NYC in 2000 and caught up with an old friend (meko) from Modesto, Ca. who i hadn't seen in years. We formed the band 'Gravey'(me on guitar and vocals) and played quite a few shows in NYC, including shows at CBGB's, B3, and Siberia. In 2004 i moved back to the valley, and am now in Denair. For the past two years i have been working on my solo project, 'Hickory', which is what this site is really all about. I play acoustic guitar and vocals. My new cd is out and for sale now (5$), and I plan to start playing a lot of shows. Hope you all have time to make it to at least one, and hopefully buy a copy of my new cd(titled New & Unimproved).
