Schools Back! That’s right, & if you’re a parent; That Rocks! LOL Me, I’m for a school year to be year round.. But my niece and nephew might not necessary agree with me on that. They love their long summers.

Don’t get discouraged Modesto Famous Friends! So you keep getting an “Operation Aborted�? all the time you go to check out an event, & posting one is still giving you the same “Operation Aborted�? Hang in there friends! I have reason to believe that The Modesto Bee is on it and is bring in a group of Rocket Scientist to fix this problem. In fact, their great minds are being flown in from Jupiter and this little problem should be fixed ASAP. Thanks for your patients. OMG Nat & I had a great time last Thursday night at The Speakeasy.
In fact, when we got there; the place was about full but everyone was just swaying to the music and getting social with their drink on. OK, here’s the Blow.. Nat & I Cracked that dance floor wide open.. Yes Modesto Famous, We actually danced there, not grinned & nor did we ever do the Bump. LOL. It was all about freestyle dancing with some good Retro Beats.

Brain Freeze

Ok so it was fathers day and my nephew & I have this thing going on. We sit back and suck on Ice Frappe Coffee Drinks to see who can finish theirs first. The whole thing is quiet hilarious to our family. We just about pass out from the head rush of a brain freeze. OMG! This kid can handle his own. He always kicks my butt at the coffee bar in Debs house. Well, coming home from our fathers day celebration, I said to my wife, how does this kid do it? He can handle just about any massive brain freeze known to man. My wife looked at me and said, Sweetie, wasn’t it your nephew that believed you when you said, “a person can swim allot faster in a pool when it’s only half way filled"… LOL so are you saying he may not have much up there to freeze.. Giggles.. Still, this kid can suck down a coffee drink faster then anyone I know.. Thank God it’s sugar free and without dairy in it. Mooooo

A Latin Xfest Update
Good Day Modesto Famous
I just got back from meeting with the City Folks over in Riverbank as well as a few other key players with this soon to be project. Yes friends, A Latin Festival is coming to the City of Riverbank. My friend Chris Ricci joined us this morning for the meeting and the City of Riverbank welcomed Chris Ricci Presents to produce a family friendly Latin Festival with the City of Riverbank. Chris Ricci is well known with bringing class acts to the City of Modesto and all of us are looking forward to working with him. Another great mind Mr. Armando Flores, with Ole Productions, will also have an “Ole Productions" stage there with some dance lessons and wonderful artist on his bill. The name we all came up with is “Fiesta Del Rio" and we are shooting for a mid September date of 2009

Also, I will send over the segment to Mojo that I just uploaded on my you tube.. I’m not sure how to put it up here at Modesto Famous so, I am hoping Mojo will help us out! Tips to help you save some $$.
OK so IM about to bust out my scooter that I have had since the 80's. Its been collecting dust in my garage all winter and generally only use it to give the kids in my neighborhood rides up and down my block. But if the price of gas keeps going up, I will bust out my purple leather jacket, plug in the my ipod to Purple Rain and do the Prince thing on my scooter around town. LOL

Stopped by Deva tonight in between all my gigs tonight to catch a little of the Off The Air show tonight!
I must say, Everyone there was so inviting and the atmosphere had friendship written all over it! Hey Greg let me be the 1,000.000&1 person to say, your wife Julie is simply lovely. I can tell that she is loads of fun just by her silly antics in the photos I took tonight. Dude, I think she was making like a bird or something silly like that. Smiles.. Anyway, I appreciate the hospitality and I will send you the pics within the next 24 hours. Keep up the great work Greg and Julie..
