Ok, Eric Benson presents does Blue Monday, also special events for Clayton's with Saturday Night blues, jazz series with Johnny Rocket and the Thrust on Saturday, Nov 22, eric often doing piano for art walk, or get a great sub like tomorrow for Art Walk, Carl Robinson, with some of my art, other artists. Carl scheduled for music at West Modesto xmas tree lighting, Dec 12, and part of Blue Monday D.A.R.C band with Aubrey Johnson.

As far as where I'm booked, starting off the Christmas Season for art display, and hope some shopping by art fans, begins Third Thursday Art Walk in Downtown Modesto, November 20. I'll have art at Clayton's, though we're not on the new map, neither is Picasso's or some other spots, but we'll have Eric Benson doing music, art for sale as usual, and be on the new map coming out in April. We'll be doing art at Clayton's through that whole run, as will Lost Art.

Clayton's will be open for dinner, drinks, ART, and music. Many of the regulars will be at the MAMA awards at State Theatre, as nominated and waiting to find out the award presentations. Here's the schedule this month, and be sure to drop in on Lost Art Gallery and visit Nevada Silva next door while you are in the area. Art at Clayton's is for sale, watercolors, drawings, likely music theme this month, and if I"m still with JB Presents at the State Theatre, pick up business card, or wait til I get back to Clayton's to pick up easels and art. We also draw during Blue Monday, Steve got one this past week, and you never know when the art group shows up except Third Thursday, but here's a copy of the music schedule, and a part of why State Theatre is not on art walk this month, as the Modesto Area Music Association, supports poets over at Photographers Gallery, jazz at Clayton's, Barking Dog, or stop in Mistlin Gallery. Third Thursday Art Walk, always a lot going on that night downtown.

Here's last weeks blog again, am hoping techies fixed the log in function. To October 10, Valley Arts Association has their Fall Carraige and Art Show at Del Rio Theatre arts center on 108 and Third in Riverbank, and quite a nice show. Went to the reception, Scott Ferguson, Lori Snable, Suzanne Friedman, Ed Cesena and more on board or in winning categories. Lost that review trying to post after opening last Friday.

Steve Kenworthy, our musical guest for State Theatre art walk, as picked by the diplaying printmaking artists, Tricia Spenker, Elizabeth Ingebretsen, Rosemarie Sturgill, JIm Christiansen, on a trip to P. Wexfords for celtic music and blues, to recruit fellow artist who plays fiddle and guitar to play the State Theatre as we show our art. Adrian Mendoza, found over at Clayton's Blue Monday jam, will also display three of his photos on fabric tapestries, with us, and may have James Robinson to do a lino block demo, still hope to find his phone for that. If you're wondering where my usual art walk graphics are, the laptop is still down, but art walk maps are out and available downtown, use them Thursday Night, and visit the venues the rest of the month to support art in the community. www.theState.org
