Local Rap artist Chance....

I found out just yesterday.... From a close reliable source, that Modesto rap artist Chance formely with the group 3 Strikes, a hip hop trio signed to M.P.R. Entertainment based in Modesto, Ca. June 16th 2008 police responded to a hit in which the local rappers wife was involved in a hit and run located in East Modesto.

Formed in 1982, Public Enemy was one of hip-hop's most influential and controversial acts in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The group often addressed social issues plauging the black community with hits such as "911 Is a Joke" and "Fight the Power."
