I like reading Jeff Jardine's column, thought his musings on latest City of Modesto legal loss over employment issues, i.e. gender equal pay, or as jeff noted, not equal....... worth reading to get idea of City workforce issues with management.

I own some, long time tenants, but shopped and noticed my one bedrooms now about $100 under market, the two bedroom, over $250, such that with a big equity from buying in 1982, while realtors and sellers complaining about prices going lower, while lending rates low as 5.2% this is actually a good time to find a deal, some space of your own.

For mental health clients in Modesto, Stanislaus County, as far as Stockton, or Merced, or if you can join us on Saturdays for nine weeks, I am in the Mentor One, instructor spot for a session of NAMI (national alliance for the mentally ill) PEER TO PEER classes, second time I've taught it, a class in relapse prevention, addressing advocacy, lifestyle issues, advance directives, and we hope empowerment toward coping better, or what is known as Recovery.
