Hello all it saddens me to tell you that Mojo is back in the hospital in ICU at the moment. I spoke with him late last night and he as always is more concerned keeping you guys up to date with the happenings in the area then himself so I am ghost writing for him today. So here goes it..whoops? is that a sentence? haha...

WEST MODESTO farmer's Market, happens each Thursday through Sept 25, 3 pm to 7 pm. at King Kenedy Center and Mellis Park. Sept 4, special blues concert with the market, including art, vegetables, crafts, fruits, and more. Kids welcome. This concert a free event, kicks off Recovery Month.

When I delivered the poster to Skip's Music, friend at the counter thought this would be a good one to see. Check it out. State Theatre tomorrow night. Here's an email from James Rasmussen on Blues And Bikes show Friday at Etouffee Restaurant over across from Pierre's Salon, near McHenry Mansion, and across the street from Big Foot Carpet, and must be friends of Skip's music, as that's where you can by some tickets. Etouffee also recently joined the venues doing the Downtown Modesto Third Thursday Art Walk, where blues has been played regularly recently.
