Upon returning from my morning workout I noticed mail ditched in the middle of the street. This particular neighbor's mail was found in 3 different intersections with in a 4 block radius. I was able to return the mail to its rightful recipient who wasn't very happy to find out someone had taken it. He wasn't the only victim either. As neighborhood gossip quickly spread of the apparent theft, it was brought to my attention that there were atleast two other victims. What is this world coming to?
