Déjà vu Our Parish is doing just fine
Last Tuesday the 11th the Modesto Bee reported what was yesterday’s news to our Parish..

Friends, our Parish is strong & the Lord has an ever so delicate plan for his house & parishioners in downtown Modesto. He truly Loves us. & yes we are disappointed that Father Arouji will be leaving, we will not doubt the will of God. He is only doing what’s best for father Arouje IM sure putting his health & his duties as a Priest first when it comes to our Parish. Our Parish has & is going through some wonderful experiences & changes right now. We are building a new house of worship out on Maze Blvd & helping more & more people in our community. IM sure dealing just alone with the responsibilities within our Catholic Community can be a challenging & stress full experience on it own. But to take on the building of our new church. WOW! IM sure anyone would need a break just after a couple of months.. Anywho, Last Sunday the Mass that I attend to was very full & I ask my fellow parishioners this.. In the words of President Kennedy. “Ask not what my Parish/Godâ€? can do for me, ask what I can do for my Parish/Godâ€? Ok so its slightly different, but the message is a good one. » read more
