Join the Stanislaus PRIDE Center and the local gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) community for the area's third annual pride celebration: Stanislaus PRIDE Day 2008. The outdoor community festival will be held Saturday, September 27, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Graceada Park in Modesto, CA .

The theme for Pride '08 is "Live. Love. Be." In addition to food, family, friends, and fun, event-goers can expect quality live music by local performers and other entertainment on the park's Mancini Bowl stage. The festival is FREE to attend, and open to all ages. A number of vendors will fill the park, and a beer and wine garden (adults 21-and-up only; double ID check) will be staged.
