Changes In Your Water Bill

Generally I don’t pay to much attention at the water bill when it comes in, but our last water bill went up $15.00! WOW! It’s not like we waste water here, in fact we only water our lawns for 10 minutes and are not in the habit of washing our own cars. We do the prime shine thing to save money, time and water. I guess the new water meters that where installed at our home are paying off for the water police. Smiles..

We are just a family of 2 here in our home, but heads up folks! If you take loads of showers a day & have a family of 3 or more in your house hold. You can expect to see a huge increase on your water bill.
Advice Here
Try to do your laundry in large amounts and in the morning as well as hang dry your towels on a clothes line.
Switch out to water saving toilets, shower heads, facets and washing machines.
Take less showers “stinky..�
Water your lawn for only 10 min & at night.
Don’t run the water while you shave or brush your teeth.
Have your pets professionally groomed.

Me, I don’t always practice what I preach here.
OK so honestly, I take as many as 3 showers in on day because I workout allot. Dude ALLOT!
I love my rain shower “shower head� & I prefer not to change it.
I always run the water while I shave and brush my teeth. IM just picky that way.

Still, if you are a family of 5, you will get a shock on your next water bill! Yikes! A family of 5.. Hope you have more then one bathroom.. LOL

15bones a month times 12 months = $180.00 a year for these small little luxuries I enjoy on a regular basis. OMG what’s next, an increase on the price of gas and food. OH ya, they are already sky high..
