Art and Wine Festival 2008

It seems like last year's art and wine festival was just yesterday. I am continually amazed at how fast time just seems to rush by anymore! If you have yet to make plans for this weekend, the art and wine festival downtown Modesto is a great event for the whole family.

For only $10.00 per person (wine tasting tickets separate) there will be quite a few activities set up for kids, live music on a few different stages and a wide variety of locally produced wine and art to experience. Food vendors will also be in place selling all sorts of delicious meals and snacks.

This is one of my favorite festivals of the entire year in Modesto. I really enjoy seeing the work of local artists on display. It seems like I get introduced to a new artist or style of art every year that I grow to enjoy. For me, that alone is worth the price of admission.
