The Most Wonderful Time of the YEAR!

Schools Back! That’s right, & if you’re a parent; That Rocks! LOL Me, I’m for a school year to be year round.. But my niece and nephew might not necessary agree with me on that. They love their long summers.
Me, I’m thinking that the kids would retain more of what they learned in any given school year if they where enrolled in a year round school program. But Hey, that’s just me.. Me, IM all about a 3 day work week with more pay for everyone and more time for family and exercise. But again, that’s just me. Anywho, Parents! Rejoice and shout to the world for happiness, joy and thoughts of wonder. The kids are going back to continue their education. No more long faces from the kids and paralyzing words that they always seem to say, MOM! I’m board.. Can I have some money.. LOL
Yes Modesto Famous! many schools will start this Monday and some have already started from what I understand. That’s cool! Moms & Dads, don’t forget the pep talk on rolling in a new school year for the kids. And also, don’t expect them to know all about those Birds & Bees. It’s always best to sit down and talk to your kids on that, especially of they are entering JR High.. Heck, they just might school you on a thing or two.. Smiles..
Kids! Be cool to your folks!!!!! Times are tight right now for everyone.. Don’t expect to get those $150.00 pair of new Nike’s that everyone is wearing.. You just might find out on your first day of school, that nobody is wearing those $150.00 Nike Shoes.. Stick to some Vans..
Be cool with your folks Ay, they are doing the best they can. We all are! & one more thing. If you do plan on getting some new clothes for the up coming school year, make sure that you donate some of your newly used clothes you don’t wear anymore. For some kids, I just might be the only new thing they get this year for school.. Be COOL Ay, and think of others.. Karma is as Karma does.. See ya at the dances…
