Win your way into the Stanislaus County Fair by text messaging!

Technology seems to be making everything we do in life a little bit easier. We use Facebook and MySpace to keep in touch with people and to promote our bands and businesses, we use Twitter to check in with our friends and associates no matter what time it is and we rely on our Blackberry phones to constantly push email in our direction so we never miss a single bit of information. Now I will explain to you how to use text messaging to win your way into the 2008 Stanislaus County Fair.

This is a very simple contest and we hope to see a great response. To enter the contest, simply text modestofamous (one word) to 68683. For your few seconds of effort, you will have the chance to win four admissions into the fair and 12 free rides.

The winner will receive a text message on Saturday, July 26. You can enter the contest until noon that day.
