Karen Cox will be demonstrating printmaking in monoprints at Act of Kindness at 619 14th Street. David Bienkowski will be doing an oil painting demonstration at Anderson's Gallery and Frame Shop for Art Walk. I may be doing some sketching and watercolors over at Clayton's.

Hi everyone,
We just wanted to remind you this Thursday evening is the 3rd Thursday Downtown Modesto Art Walk from 5-9pm (July 17th). Artist Karen Cox will be at our shop doing a monoprint demo for your viewing pleasure. We have beautiful monoprints by Karen on display and for sale. Karen currently teaches monoprinting workshops in Mill Valley, Mendocino and Carmel, graduated from the California College of Arts and Crafts, studied perception with Ann O'Hanlon, Mill Valley for over 35 years and taught art at the high school level for 4 years in the bay area., We hope you will stop by and meet Karen and enjoy some light refreshments with us. We have Art Walk maps, so you can check out the other artists and galleries too.
