JB Presents, the folks who bring you Modesto Blues Festival, start a new gig and blues music series in downtown Modesto, opening with Shad Harris and the Groovenators at Galletto Ristorante, Saturday night, July 12, 2008. Music from nine to midnight, $10 cover.

About the Groovenators.
The Groovenators consist of Shad Harris - Keytar/Vocals, Gary Hamilton - Guitar/Sax/Vocals, Dave Peters - Drums and Myron Keith - Bass. The Groovenators are a funky, soulful, swinging, West Coast Blues Band based in California's Big Central Valley. Shad is the bandleader but the band is a testament to True, Honest, Loyal, Friendship. The Band's motto is: There is no "I" in BAND, and their mission statement is: To Protect and Serve The Groove!" West Coast Blues played at its Finest.
