My Job! Food For Thought

If I wasn’t a DJ I would want to be a Ice Cream Man. How cool is that? First I would build me the coolest Ice Cream Van ever. My thoughts? I would have more different kinds of Ice Creams on it then any other. It would also have a plasma TV built in on one side with my favorite cartoons from the 70’s playing on it and on the other side, it would have a light up ice cream menu. It would defiantly have a monster sound system, tricked out rims and tires, flashy colors and a screaming logo. Yes my friends, it would be one tricked out Ice Cream Van! Although, I don’t think it would make me a million dollars. But that’s OK, I would be as happy with that job as I am being a DJ and entertaining people.
Why an Ice Cream Man? Think of the joy it once brought you as a kid hearing and seeing the Ice Cream Van coming down your block as you where playing in the street. I guess the key word here is Joy!
A wise man once told me, When you go looking for a job/profession, make sure you find one that makes you happy and that you will love to do. After all, you will be doing it for a good part of your life. My reply, how do I know if I love it.. His Reply, if you would do it for free. Thanks Dad, sound advice. Indecently, I have been known to volunteer as a fitness instructor because it brings me great Joy to see people living a healthy lifestyle.
Hmm; I think I will ask my wife if she will let me build an Ice Cream Van. Like This Red One. Smiles & Cool Beans..
