Thanks for Art Walk Article Efren, and State, and Bass

Thank you Efren for hooking up Rio Arts in Riverbank, with the Downtown Third Thursday Art Walk in Modesto. Efren is in the May issue of Rio Arts Newsletter with a nice article on Art Walk.

Here's another Queen Bean event coming up, after first playing the State Theatre this week for Third Thursday Art Walk.

Thank you Jim & all the Artist

http://www.rioarts.org/

Honestly, the piece wouldn’t have come together with out all the info from Jim Christianson and other local Artist. Thank you. Me, I’m just the messenger here and grateful to be part of such a great newsletter in Riverbank. The Rio Arts.. http://www.rioarts.org/Newsletter/2008_MAY.pdf

Ultimately my goals was to get more folks interest in Arts in Riverbank as well as to recognize the great things we have going on in our Downtown Art Walk every Thursday in Modesto. With that being said, I’m hoping to plant the seed of idea to bring back the Art Walk in Riverbank. By October, the downtown streets and sidewalk should be completed. Artist & Friends! It should make for a very nice Art Walk in the city of action.
Friends, as the city gets closer to completing this wonderful project over there, I will get with my friend Virginia the vice mayor and Joey from the Rio Arts to see how to get the ball rolling on this thought. Surely, The Art Walk in Riverbank would be a wonderful treat to bring back with our friends to the North of Modesto. The Rio Arts is moving forward at the Speed of Gods will and I will be busting out some more good news from there in a few days. Keep moving friends and lets get out there and enjoy our wonderful community.
