Outdoor Photography show, call for artists from photographers gallery

Here's one for photographers. One who attended our April Art and Music show in our last art blog, already up to apply for this one. Doug Holcomb by the way, is producing with AngryF, the Mike Frankel show at Deva, photographer who has shown with Doug in Flagstaff. Mike has taken shots on tour, during sixties and seventies of Beatles, Dead, others..... classic rock shots..... in May. Cafe Deva all month, and site of the after art walk party, May 15

Doug was setting up the grids for us at the BHRS show, has shown with us at State Theatre on art walk.....

Dear Outdoor Photographer!

Our next theme show is Outdoor Photography - Please
note we have an earlier date for submission and
selection by the jury.

Here is what we are looking for :
Using the subject matter of the magazine “Outdoor
Photographer‿ as a guide, we would like this show to
include landscape, nature and wildlife photography -
on the ground, in the air, and under the sea - making
the exhibition a celebration of our natural
environment.

Dates: ***MAY 29th: DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING IMAGES

June 12 : Receiving of photographs at gallery, by
5pm.
*June 19: Reception for Artists: 6:00-9:00 pm

These are our requirements for hanging:

You may submit up to four photographs to hang in a
specific theme show. We prefer that images be
submitted for the jury on a cd, or 4 x 6 or greater
prints.

All prints must be mounted, matted, framed, and ready
for hanging with a wire hanger. We prefer white or
black mat. Print size should be no smaller than 8" x
10" or larger than 24" x 36".
Each picture should have the photographer's name,
address and phone numbers attached to the back.

Hanging fee is $5.00 per print. Print must be for
sale.
