Random Humorous Sunday Rantings <Photo attached>

My wife and I just got back from running some errands around town and while we were out Megan came up with a few things that she thought I should mention on Modesto Famous. I am not sure why does not yet post here. Hopefully soon we will see her grace our pages. Maybe you could offer some encouragement.

Anyway, in no particular order i'd like to mention:

-The strange bald man picketing outside Brenden on Friday just before I headed in with friends to see The Davinci Code. We had an interesting short conversation.
Me: So, you are protesting The release of The Davinci Code?
Bald man: Yes, the movie is evil and goes against all my beliefs and the church!
Me: So you have seen it?
Bald man: No I won't waste my money that way.
Me: Oh. But you read the book?
Bald man: No, I won't waste my money that way.
Me: So you are sort of a hypocrit?
Bald man: Do you want to continue talking to me? If so, be nice to me.
Me: I won't waste my time that way.

-The church sign on Prescott Road that reads something like, "This is Ch ch. What is missing?" Think about that one for a minute and then think about having a long talk with the guy who came up with that.

-The crazy ass man with no pants blocking traffic on 99 near Kansas Ave. on Sunday. Man, do you have to advertise the negative things about Modesto? Maybe you are on drugs. Maybe someone stole your car. I know that we are famous for those things but we are trying to stay positive here. Next time put on pants. Pants are good. Nudity on the highway is bad.
