Real Estate Topic

...arrogant real estate agents and lenders are being humbled. :-)
I realize not all agents and lenders are created equal. So for those who are humble and treat others with respect this isn't about you.

Look for a lender and/or real estate agent with these traits.

a. Honest.
b. Helpful demeanor
c. Not pushy.
d. Friendly attitude.
e. Listens well.
f. The kind of person who you would want to take home to friends and family.
g. Most importantly, ask if he or she ever convinced anyone to get into a teaser rate loan and don't settle for this response, "after a few years my customer could have refinanced it into a fixed rate loan". Remember, you cannot refinance a home that is worth less than your original mortgage amount. Hmm...maybe G should be A?
h. Experience is a must. No part timers. Forget the ones who will not work the weekends.
