Experience Misery in Patterson this weekend

If you are looking for something fun and affordable to do this weekend, put a few dollars in the old gas tank and head out to Patterson.

Patterson High School is the place to be to see the stage adaptation of Misery by Stephen King. Shelly Bort leads a cast of local actors and I have never witnessed her give a bad performance. For the life of me, I don't understand why on Earth she is not in Hollywood or on Broadway, but she must love it here.

I have a crazy weekend planned, but I hope to make it out to this show. I loved the movie and would love to see it presented this way. There is a disclaimer on our event listing that says, "Not for the faint of heart," so you may want to consider that before packing up the kiddos.
