You may remember them from the early years when Waybill paraded on stage as the 12-foot-tall androgynous, drug-inflicted British rocker Quay Lewd and sang “White Punks On Dope.� The band left behind its exploding televisions, chainsaws and array of semi-clad dancers, but they’re still totally outrageous.
