Extreme insanity will take over Modesto next Saturday!

I was flipping through our event calendar this morning and I came across an event that I could not resist writing about. Next Saturday beginning with a keg tapping at 10 AM, madness will take place as Harlotfest and Pubcrawl take over our fair little city for the 16th year in a row.

The event which appears to be part rugby tournament and part reason to drink yourself silly is known to draw people from all walks of life. So basically, if you are a construction worker that can drink 200 or so ounces of beer, this could be the chance to seek revenge on the puny little attorney that got your wife your house during your last divorce.

If you can handle over 13 hours of beer and mayhem, meet at Beyer Park at 10 AM Saturday morning and be prepared to be assigned to a team. There is no way to know who will be on your team, but I have a feeling that the participants in this event will be strong enough and insane enough to really help their teams win big. And even if you don’t win the tournament, who cares? What is the likelihood of you actually remembering the loss the next day?
