Hello everyone!

We are ready to announce our fall class schedule and lesson times.

Theatre Classes:

Ages 8-13 will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.
This class will focus on each of the singing, dancing, and acting aspects of musical theatre. This year the students will participate in a Disney Review that will be the pre-show for "Hairspray in Concert" , a Christmas Concert, a joint show with the older students called "Tomorrow I Will Be Yours" and a performance in the spring that they will have written and directed entirely by themselves. The cost for this two day/two hour a week class is $100.00 a month per student.

Ages 14-18 will meet Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 9:30 pm until the end of September. We will be focusing this group immediately on Hairspray in Concert. After that show is over, we will go back to class as usual. They will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. They will be working on "Hairspray, In Concert", a Christmas Concert, "Tomorrow I Will be Yours", "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" and a recital that they will put together entirely themselves. They will also have a chance to audition for our fall show "Songs for A New World" but will not be guaranteed a role as part of the class. They will receive a variety of training in this class including scene studies, intermediate to advanced choreography, beginning tap dancing, projection singing, audition techniques, and we will help them put together their head shot and resume and send them on ONE audition this year that is NOT for our company. The cost for this class is $100.00 a month per student.

Ages 19 and up will meet Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. For the first 6 weeks, we will combine this class with the ages 14-18 class, and perform "Hairspray, In Concert". however, your rehearsal schedule will differ from theirs. Once Hairspray is over, we will go back to Wednesday night (only) rehearsal. You will receive a variety of training in this class including scene studies, light choreography, beginning tap dancing, and projection singing. This class is a class unto itself. It is up to you if you'd like to be involved in any of the productions outside of class, for no extra charge. An audition will be necessary for placement in "Songs for a New World", our Christmas concert, "Tomorrow I Will be Yours", or "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown".

LESSON TIMES!

Rather than list all the times we have open, we would appreciate you asking us directly for the time you desire. We will be open for lessons on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Voice only (no piano) at this point please. And you can directly request lessons with Shelly Bort: Director, or Katie Steffanic: Assistant Director.
