Local Wedding Guide Helps Brides Plan Their Wedding in the Valley
January 18, 2007
Red Bow Weddings, the Valley’s Ultimate Wedding Guide, released their first issue of the wedding guide publication for the Greater Central Valley on Tuesday, January 16, 2007. The guide is available for FREE to the thousands of brides in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced counties.
The full-color wedding guide, which aims to educate brides and grooms on how to plan their wedding in the greater Central Valley, is published twice per year at a total of 20,000 copies. The publication has great how-to tips on budget planning for weddings, how to choose the best wedding location, and how a local bride can tie-in local staple crops into their weddings (such as; grapes and wine from Lodi, cherries from Linden, and asparagus from Stockton).
“Getting this guide published has been a dream of mine for some years now. I am thrilled about seeing the final product and sharing it with every bride in the Valley. The Valley has a lot to offer couples getting married. My main goals are to provide a resource of useful information, promote credible and reputable Valley vendors and make the wedding planning process a little easier for brides, says Dorali Mitre, publisher of the guide.
In this Winter/Spring issue the publication features two local military couples who have recently had a military wedding, or are in the stages of planning their wedding, while the country is at war. This feature sheds light on the struggles and beauty that military couples face when found in this situation.
